Qigong 

Individual & Group Classes 

Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) is a centuries-old Chinese practice that integrates gentle movement, breath, meditation, and focused awareness to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, or qi. Accessible to people of all fitness levels and physical abilities, qigong requires no prior experience and can be practiced seated or standing.

 

Modern research supports what practitioners have long known: regular qigong practice offers wide-ranging benefits for physical and mental health, including stress reduction, pain management, improved mobility and flexibility, nervous system regulation, and increased energy and vitality.

 

I teach individual and group classes, primarily online, drawing on my extensive training with master teacher Robert Peng, one of the world's foremost qigong practitioners, as well as other traditions including the Shibashi 18 Forms — a flowing, meditative sequence widely practiced throughout China for its therapeutic benefits.

 

Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. Private sessions and small group classes are available. [
