Doing Chakra Tai Chi helps bring greater awareness into the chakras and all aspects of their influence on our lives. The movement meditation is designed to activate mind, body, emotions and soul. It stimulates and aligns the energy from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. When the chakras are activated and aligned, they provide access to the full range of human consciousness and stabilize this consciousness within the body.
